Reshaping Primary CareAt MedOne, good care doesn’t come from one person trying to do it all. It comes from a team that works in rhythm, with enough time and context to actually care.

How We Started

MedOne began in 2000 with a simple idea: care works better when clinicians and systems move in step.

A physician and an engineer saw how coordinated hospital medicine could lift quality and the patient experience. We began at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist, where we still support the specialized units we helped shape.

Today we partner with hospitals across Ohio—large systems, community sites and critical access facilities—to deliver connected, whole-person care.

How We've Grown

Over time, our practice has grown to support patients not only in the hospital but also before and after their stay—ensuring continuity and smoother transitions of care.

Today, we provide medical services in long-term acute care and inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, as well as nearly 100 skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living facilities.

Through it all, MedOne has remained independent and physician-led, giving us the agility to adapt to the changing needs of patients and partners.
