Hospital Medicine
We offer an immersive opportunity for nurse practitioners and physician assistants seeking additional education and in-depth knowledge of hospital medicine, during which you will have an active, full-time role as part of our clinical care team.
- Clinical training: 6 months of one-on-one training with hospital medicine physicians and advanced practice clinicians
- Didactic education: Weekly lectures with hospital medicine experts
- CME learning: Medmastery modules and workshops, with CME covered at 100%
- Professional development: Case study presentations and ongoing skill-building
- Communication training: SIM lab practice and regular feedback throughout the program
- CAQ exam eligibility upon fellowship completion
- Graduate from an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care NP/AGACNP) or Physician Assistant program
- Obtain board certification by appropriate certifying body prior to starting the fellowship program
- Obtain license to practice with prescriptive authority in the State of Ohio
- BLS/ACLS certified

Post-Acute Care
We offer an immersive opportunity for nurse practitioners and physician assistants seeking additional education and in-depth knowledge of post-acute care, during which you will have an active, full-time role as part of our clinical care team.
- Clinical training: 6 months of one-on-one training with post-acute providers
- Didactic education: Weekly lectures with post-acute experts
- Professional development: Case study presentations and two post-acute–specific online courses
- Graduate from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Gerontology, or Physician Assistant program
- Obtain board certification by appropriate certifying body prior to starting the fellowship program
- Obtain license to practice with prescriptive authority in the State of Ohio
- BLS/ACLS certified
