    Molly joined MedOne in 2018 with more than a decade of long-term care administration experience. She oversees operations for post-acute services across 100+ facilities and leads the wound care service line. She also supports post-acute clinicians and manages strategic planning, business development, and value-based work with facilities and accountable care organization. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and holds a bachelor and MBA degree from Ohio University.

    Program Director, Post-Acute Care

    Dr. Oza joined MedOne in 2019 and serves as Program Director for the Post-Acute Care division. She partners with clinical and operational leaders to develop innovative care models and technology solutions that improve patient outcomes and support clinicians. She plays a key role in leading MedOne's successful ACO partnership and provides strategic leadership for MedOne's custom electronic health record to improve workflows and enhance provider experience. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she is passionate about mentoring clinicians, developing future leaders, and advancing innovation.

    Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians, Post-Acute Care

    Cortney joined MedOne in 2016 and has nearly 20 years of nursing experience. She oversees the recruitment, onboarding, education, and ongoing support of MedOne's post-acute APPs. She partners with clinical, operational, and technology teams to enhance communication, streamline workflows, and improve patient care. As a key leader in the development of MedOne's custom electronic health record, she helps create tools and processes that support quality care while giving providers more time to focus on patients. Cortney is passionate about building a culture where providers feel connected and supported.

    Jamie joined MedOne in 2016 and has more than 20 years of clinical experience. In her leadership role, she is passionate about supporting the growth and success of APPs across the organization through employee development, education, onboarding, and mentorship. Jamie also plays an active role in recruitment and orientation, helping to build and strengthen high-performing clinical teams. She finds the greatest meaning in creating opportunities for clinicians to thrive while fostering a collaborative culture that supports exceptional patient care.

    Clinical Nurse Manager

    Anthony joined MedOne in 2021 and brings nearly 15 years of nursing and clinical leadership experience. In his manager role, he oversees a team of clinical coordinators supporting operations, quality initiatives, and value-based care goals. He leads clinical quality efforts tied to MedOne's ACO performance metrics and tracks trends and progress, coordinates provider education programs and professional development opportunities, and drives quality improvement initiatives focused on medication optimization, improved patient outcomes, and reducing avoidable hospitalizations.

    Lead Clinical Coordinator

    As Lead Clinical Coordinator, Shelby supports her team, collaborates with our Clinical Nurse Manager, and ensures patients receive timely, coordinated care. She also works closely with our ACO partnership to strengthen care coordination, improve outcomes, and reduce unnecessary Medicare spending. Shelby says supporting both her colleagues and our patients is incredibly rewarding, and she's proud to contribute to a healthcare system built on quality, compassion, and teamwork.

She leads MedOne's post-acute operations, strategic growth initiatives, value-based care programs, and specialty service line development, working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Throughout her career, Katie has successfully led organizational growth, developed innovative operational solutions, and championed initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
