    Vice President of Operations, Post-Acute Care

    Molly joined MedOne in 2018 with more than a decade of long-term care administration experience. She oversees operations for post-acute services across 100+ facilities and leads the wound care service line. She also supports post-acute clinicians and manages strategic planning, business development, and value-based work with facilities and accountable care organization. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and holds a bachelor and MBA degree from Ohio University.

  • Rupal Oza, MD

    Rupal Oza, MD

    Program Director, Post-Acute Care

    Rupal Oza, MD, joined MedOne in 2019 and has more than 20 years of clinical experience in both the inpatient and outpatient care settings, as well as 15 years of clinical leadership experience. In her program director role, she provides clinical operational direction to MedOne’s Post-Acute Care team and leads various projects to improve processes and elevate patient care. Rupal earned her medical degree at Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College at the University of Bombay, received her Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University, and completed her family medicine residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center.

    Cortney Seymour, CNP

    Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians, Post-Acute Care

    Cortney Seymour, CNP, joined MedOne in 2016 and has nearly 20 years of nursing experience in both inpatient and post-acute care settings. She is passionate about educating new and established nurse practitioners to elevate patient care. In her director role, Cortney provides clinical operational direction to more than 30 post-acute care nurse practitioners and is responsible for the clinical onboarding of new nurse practitioners. Cortney earned both her Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing.

  • Jamie Neiswonger, CNP

    Jamie Neiswonger, CNP

    Assistant Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians, Post-Acute Care

    Jamie Neiswonger, CNP, joined MedOne in 2016 and has more than 20 years of clinical experience in both the inpatient and outpatient care settings. In her assistant director role, she supports clinical operations and is responsible for ongoing clinical education for our post-acute providers and partner facilities. Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Toledo Medical College, and her Master of Science in Nursing at Otterbein University.

  • Dr. Charles Pugar, Medical Director of Wound Care

    Charles Pugar, DO

    Vascular Surgeon, Medical Director

    Dr. Pugar is a board-certified vascular surgeon with specialized training in vascular interpretation. He has been serving patients since 2015, primarily at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital where he is the medical director of the Wound Care Center, as well as Riverside Methodist Hospital. Dr. Pugar combines his extensive training, clinical expertise, and commitment to patient-centered care to provider the highest-quality wound care services.

    Meghan Ramsey, CNP

    Assistant Director

    Meghan has expertise treating all wounds and her training enables her to perform bedside debridement. She collaborates with facility care teams to develop care plans in the best interest of patients, keeping them on-site whenever possible. With more than a decade of clinical experience in long-term care facilities, she brings a sensitivity and a sensibility about the needs of both patients and facility staff. Meghan completed her Master of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at The Ohio State University.
