Let’s talk about how you’re really doing.
Real space for real support.
Mental wellness is a core part of your health, and at MedOne, it’s treated with the same attention and respect as any physical concern. Your primary care provider is often the first person to hear what’s been weighing on you—stress, changes in mood, trouble sleeping, or feeling unlike yourself.
That’s why we make space for those conversations and ask thoughtful questions, to help you understand what you’re experiencing. Our goal is to give you clarity, peace of mind, solutions and help you feel heard without feeling rushed.
Talk to a provider who already knows you.
If you need additional support, we guide you through the next steps and connect you with trusted mental health specialists in our network. Whether it’s counseling, psychiatric care, medication review or community resources, we coordinate those referrals and stay involved so nothing feels disjointed. You’re never navigating this alone.
With MedOne, your mental wellness becomes part of your whole health story—supported, tracked, and cared for by a team that knows you and is here for you in lockstep. This is

Frequently Asked Questions
Primary care is your main source for everyday health needs. It’s usually the first place you go when you have a medical question, need a checkup, or aren’t feeling well.
Primary care providers help you with:
· Routine checkups and preventive care like vaccines and screenings
· Treatment for common illnesses and minor injuries
· Managing long-term conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or asthma
· Referrals to specialists when you need more specific care
Your primary care provider may be a family doctor, internal medicine doctor, pediatrician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.
Having a primary care provider means you have a partner who knows your health history and helps you stay healthy over time.
At MedOne, your care isn’t tied to one office or one provider. It’s supported by a connected team that works together across every visit, record, and decision. No matter who you see, they’re already up to speed. Your bloodwork has been reviewed. Your recent hospital stay is known. Your care keeps moving forward between appointments—and so do we.
We don’t just share a hallway; we share responsibility. That means the provider sitting with you isn’t rushing to catch up. They’re prepared, focused, and ready to talk about what matters most to you.
In many practices, you wait weeks for an appointment, repeat your history over and over, and track down your own test results. At MedOne, your care is connected from the start. You can schedule your annual checkup months in advance or get in the next day when something comes up. Either way, you’ll see someone who knows your health and understands your story.
Because at MedOne, we believe great care doesn’t come from one person doing everything—it comes from a team working in sync, with the time, context, and commitment to truly care.
At MedOne, you’re cared for by a team—doctors, advanced providers, and support staff who work together and stay connected. That means you don’t have to deal with frustrating hand-offs, repeat your story at every visit, or worry that something got lost in your chart.
Because your care team shares information and stays aligned, every decision is made with the full picture of your health, not just what’s happening that day. Your history, your priorities, and your previous visits all follow you seamlessly, no matter who you see.
This team-based approach also means faster access and fewer delays. You don’t have to wait weeks to see just one doctor—you can get an appointment when you need it and still be seen by someone who knows your health and where you left off.
In short, it’s care that feels familiar—even if the face is new. And it helps ensure consistent follow-through and support, even when your schedule or your health changes.
You are not required to select a specific MedOne primary care provider; however, if there is a provider on our team you feel most comfortable seeing, you may certainly do so.
Our team-based care approach ensures that each of our providers share information and stay aligned so that no matter who you see, our team is on the same page with your history, your priorities, and your care plan.

While we offer a limited number of same-day appointments for patients who have an immediate, non-life-threatening medical need, our primary care office is not an urgent care practice. You can go to the hospital of your choice; however, MedOne partners with OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, OhioHealth Morrow County Hospital, Genesis Hospital, and Memorial Hospital where our internal medicine team will help coordinate your care and communicate directly with your primary care team during your hospital stay.
If you go to another hospital, we will help get your medical records transferred to MedOne, so your primary care provider is up to speed on your stay and follow-up care.
